Natalie has designed a tailored program for me that was exactly suited to my needs and goals we had established and that has led to excellent results. She is incredibly knowledgable in everything relating to fitness, health, muscles, injuries and nutrition which reflects in the stellar outcomes she achieves. She has done an amazing job to help me address muscle deficiencies following a knee injury I had decades ago which she identified without me even mentioning it!
